CT4 and JPW join forces in high-tech property-management first

Australian data company CT4 has cemented their presence in the facilities management sector in the United Kingdom, signing a major contract with London-based property services business, JPW Real Estate.

The partnership will initially see CT4 providing its state-of-the-art Canopy technology solutions for the management and maintenance of a 57-apartment residential complex in the trendy and sought after Hoxton area of London, managed by JPW.

The Canopy software will collect and deliver accurate, real-time and relevant information, on the building’s plant and machinery allowing JPW to make faster, earlier and more informed decisions on proactive predictive and preventative intervention rather than reactive and expensive ones.

The technology employs smart sensors for the measuring and gathering of data from numerous property management parameters including temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, noise and movement.

The data will be used for preventative maintenance analysis, predictive mould growth, monitoringoccupancy levels and air quality control, amongst other use cases.

CT4 CEO, Craig Adams, said the company was excited to be growing its facilities management technologyin London with respected property service company JPW, which manages a £2 billion portfolio of properties across the UK.
